Creamy Broccolini and Artichoke Mac and Cheese:
Vegan cream cheese
1/2 cup mylk (any plantbased milk will do)
1 tbsp TJs onion salt (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, chives)
1/2 jar artichoke hearts chopped
Roasted broccolini (just salt, olive oil, 10-15 min at 425*) chopped
Combine in a medium sauce pan over medium heat until just combined. Seriously that easy! Enjoy!
