Green Tomato Salsa
I was not a giant fan of my grandma’s cooking as a child, but I loved when she made fried green tomatoes. As an adult, I have learned that green can do more than just be fried. They are tangy and slightly sweet and perfect salads and this salsa!
1/2 a large or 1 small green tomato the kernels cut off of 1 ear of corn a medium avocado juice of 1 lime salt salt to taste
Cut the green tomato and avocado into chunks. Combine the ingredients.
