Brazil Nut Parmesan
Brazil nut may be the only thing to come along and be able to claim that it could be the “new avocado”. It is full of healthy fats and has selenium!!!! What?! Follow any healthy guru and they will preach to you the health benefits of the Brazil nut. I hate eating the same things all the time so I came up with this variation to keep it spicy. Well, not spicy, cheesy, but you get it.
1/2 cup Brazil nuts 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp ground mustard 1/4-1/2 tsp salt
- Add ingredients to a food processor and run on high until it comes together and is in small pieces
