Pumpkin Spice Oats
I’m sure you can do these overnight, but these don’t take to long and are perfect for fall. They come out super creamy and are perfect for any adaptogens you may want to throw in. Their warm spiciness makes anything good.
1 cup almond milk 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp pumpkin spice 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup GF rolled oats Pinch of salt
- Warm almond milk and pumpkin spice on the stove until steaming.
- Add in other ingredients and cook for about 20 min.
