Get Better Soup
This soup is basically loaded with things to help ease you through that cold. It’s actually super tasty and could definitely be used as preventative medicine as well. So basically, however you use it is perfect!
1 clove of garlic minced 1 tbsp miso (I used brown rice) 2 tbsp minced ginger 1 tbsp aminos 2 tsp turmeric 4 cups veggie stock 2 cups roasted sweet potato 2 cups of chopped kale
1. Combine the garlic, miso, ginger, aminos and turmeric in a medium saucepan.
2. Allow them to simmer a few moments to let them come together.
3. Slowly add in the stock whisking the whole time.
4. I added some leftover miso glazed sweet potatoes and cut the kale up pretty finely.
5. Feel better!
