Cauliflower Nacho Sauce

This sauce is so good and takes on other flavors really well too! Feel free to add a little hot sauce or cayenne or even fresh herbs. This is also one of those crowd pleaser cheese sauces that works for vegans, people who just want something healthier or those with lactose intolerance.


1 pound cauliflower roasted
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup plus a little more almond milk


1. Roast the cauliflower at 400F until just starting to brown

2. Combine cauliflower and other ingredients in a blender adding more milk and salt as needed

3. Pour it over nachos or butternut squash fries or whatever else makes your pretty little heart happy
