Delicata Bagels

I️ called these bagels, but you could just top the with sweet stuff and call them donuts if you’d like! The point is these are easy and fun even if you’re an adult! I️ love delicata because what’s easier that not having to peel you squash?!? Plus it’s tasty!


1. Preheat the oven to 425F.

2. Cut your delicata into one inch slices width wise and then scoop out the seeds.

3. Sprinkle with a little salt and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

4. Bake for about 20 min. Until soft.

Then just top them with whatever! Some of my favorites were nut butter and pumpkin seeds, as well as, hummus with everything seasoning 🙂
