Winner Winner! Pasta Salad

I named this Winner Winner! Pasta Salad because I made a bunch of different cold salads for a party and this was the hands-down winner. There was absolutely none left. This recipe makes a lot so it’s perfect to share!



1 pkg gluten-free pasta

jar sundried tomatoes

two cups sliced black olives

8 oz of toasted pine nuts

1 cup fresh basil, chopped

1 cup @luciniitalia fig and walnut vinaigrette (you can use whatever is your favorite vinaigrette or Italian dressings)


  1. Make gluten-free pasta according to instructions, rinse and allow to cool.
  2. Add in other ingredients and toss.
