I was not the biggest fan of beets. Let’s make that clear. I do, however, love this recipe! This may be the only way I eat beets from now on.
Ingredients |
2-3 lg | Beets |
1 cup | Beet Greens |
1 cup | Other Greens |
1 cup | Walnuts |
2-3 | Cloves of Garlic |
2-3 tbsp | Oil of Choice |
1 tsp | Salt |
1 tsp | Mustard Powder |
1 tsp | Onion Powder |
Method |
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Place spiralized beets in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Place remaining ingredients into a food processor or blender and combine. Add a little water if necessary.
