Spicy Ginger Sauce

I created this sauce in preparation for doing Whole30. I’m sure some of you are tired of hearing about this and I am not usually a fad diet person… but… as a person who’s obsessed with whole foods it seems like a natural thing to do. I guess? Either way now that I’m done trying to justify something that doesn’t need to be justified, let me tell you about this sauce. This is sauce is really good and is perfect for all kinds of applications. Put it on crispy cauli (probably the best use haha!) or on tofu or on a salad. Whatever you decide, you can thank me after!

Ingredients

3 Dates (Pitted)
1 tsp Coconut Aminos
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
½ tsp Minced Ginger
¼ cup Chili Flakes
½ tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
½ cup Water

Method

  1. Dump it all in a blender and blend until combined.

I love that this and easy, slightly sweet, pan Asian sauce that you can use on your whole30 or if you just want something whole and delicious!

Enjoy!
