Veggie Whole30 Meal Plan

When you are eating for the Whole30 your aren’t eating the way you have before. You have to throw out your ideas what has worked and hasn’t worked for you before (unless of course, it’s a documented allergy). This even includes things you thought you may have been sensitive to. This is the point of doing this program. If you try to continue to do what you were doing before you will get the same results that you had before. It’s that simple! I’m assuming everything wasn’t perfect or you wouldn’t be trying this.

I think it’s important to acknowledge that we don’t know everything and what we know may not actually be right. So I’ve come up with a one-week meal plan that worked well for me and my husband. I have also included a shopping list too! We had a really successful Whole30 and continue to see results so I wanted to share this with you!

I repeated some item because it gets very expensive and time-consuming to try to add a ton of variety. Also, those kinds of obstacles can sabotage your ability to successfully complete a full 30 days. I tried to stick with things that won’t break the bank and are really delicious and won’t leave you feeling deprived. A lot of these items can be made ahead of time too, which is just another thing that can help you stay on track!
