|1 ½ tbsp
||Red Wine Vinegar
||Salt and Pepper
- Cube the bread and bake at 400F for about 10 min or until golden brown. Let cool.
- While the bread is cooling combine the dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper together to form and vinaigrette. Set aside.
- Cut the tomato, bell pepper and avocado into chunks.
- Combine the bread, avocado, tomato, bell pepper and vinaigrette in a large bowl.
