|I am not shy about saying I fancy a drink from time to time. And while the classic low-calorie vodka soda has been my go-to for years now, I realized that taking a little extra time can make a world of difference! Plus now I feel like my life has definitely switched from a quantity to a quality kind of feel and I think it’s about time my drinking habits aligned with that too. So here’s a super simple recipe for a cocktail that will keep you up for the festivities and still let you cozy into the couch. Enjoy it hot or iced, either way, it’s perfect!|
|8 oz||Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk|
- Heat the pumpkin spice beverage over medium heat. You want to do it relatively slowly.
- Once it’s just warmed through and then mix everything together.
*Do not heat if serving over ice*
-Simply add ice to the cup (fill about halfway)
-Add the Vodka
-Add the Espresso
-Add the Pumpkin Spice flavored milk and stir
I used Trader Joe’s Almond Pumpkin Spice Beverage, but there are plenty of other vegan pumpkin spice “milks” that will work!
