Classic “Meat”balls (Vegan and Gluten-Free)

These meatballs are hearty and filling. They stand up to sauces and can definitely please everyone. They are only a few simple ingredients and have a decent amount of protein iron and fat. Eat them with some cranberries over the holidays to up their nutritional value! Now while they take a little bit of time they aren’t hard and all that time creates something totally worth it!
