This is one of my favorite things to do with leftover mashies. It’s super easy and totally changes up the texture! They get nice and browned on the outside and crispy on the outside. I can’t think of a lot of things better than that!
Notes* : If your waffle iron is not non-stick then you will want to give it a little spray of a high heat oil. Tapioca starch/flour will work just as well as cassava flour.
