I have tried to think of a million ways to tell you how good this is. How deeply satisfying and delicious this breakfast dish is, but I honestly cannot. My whole house smelled like how I remember breakfast smelling and we have eaten for every meal since I made it. I feel like this would be perfect for brunch or even as a good meal prep option for during the week! I literally cannot say enough good things so here’s the recipe and quick video so you can make is yourself (honestly, please do! You will not regret it!)
