FUN FACT: Scott did all the cooking for the first year and half we were together! . Scott made this vegan bi bim bop with crispy brown rice, @clekraut gnar gnar, Brussels sautéed in @milkimchi gochugaru, hemps seeds and avo 🌱💚. I feel like he’s a keeper 😉 Also, have you seen @clevelandbrowns today!!! 🤩🥳 🏈
Do you take supplements??? . I get asked this question a lot because of my diet. My answer is over on the blog, but I was wondering about you all. . I’d love to hear from you if you do! Do you have any recommendations?
Some days call for spinach grilled cheese and phone calls with friends 🌱💚🌱 I repurposed some leftover spinach dip into lunch so I can spend sometime dreaming up new stuff. Then I realized this is really freakin good! I just added some sun dried tomatoes and balsamic reduction 😋🙌 . Moral of the story is sometimes we look so hard for something new we miss a great opportunity right in front of us! Maybe we need to stop looking so hard and start just doing! . That’s my motto for this month! Do you guys have anything you’re working on??? Wanna share? I’d love to support you and get some new ideas too!
